Due to the nature of our small-batch and handmade body and bath products, batches and coloring can vary.  I am unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy ensures the highest standards of hygiene and safety for all our customers. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt so we can address your concern.

I strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours. For products that are made to order, please allow up to 3 days for processing. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
