Organic milk kefir grains are colonies of the good bacteria and yeast needed to make your own milk kefir. They will last a lifetime if cared for properly and create a power packed probiotic more nutritious than yogurt over night with virtually no complicated work. These grains have had goats milk for my choice of milk, but milk type doesn’t matter. The less processed or pasteurized the milk, the better they like it.
